Students eligible for coverage under this plan must be international K-12 students with valid F, J, or M visa status’ temporarily located outside of their home country as non-resident aliens engaged in educational activities, have not obtained permanent residency status in the United States, and are not a U.S. Citizen. Dual citizens are eligible for this plan.
